Construction progress: September 2026

167 Maverick Street is on track for an October 2026 certificate of occupancy. Here is where we stand as of September 1, 2026.

Interior finishes

Interior finishes are going in across all four floors. White quartz kitchen counters are installed on the first and second floors. Oak tone flooring is being laid on the third floor. Champagne bronze fixtures and hardware are arriving this week.

Mechanical systems

Heat pump heating and cooling systems are commissioned and tested in all eleven units. The building is all-electric with no gas service. Central air is operational.

Elevator and common areas

Elevator installation is underway with completion expected mid-September. Common hallway finishes, lighting, and the mailbox installation are scheduled for the second half of September.

Timeline

The target certificate of occupancy date remains October 15, 2026. Closings follow the CO and the recorded Master Deed. Hard-hat tours are available now. Completed-unit showings begin ahead of the CO.
